Role Description The Team Leader – Onboarding and Quality is a full-time, in office role based in Bangalore. This role oversees the onboarding of grooming professionals, ensuring they understand service standards, safety protocols, and customer care expectations.

The Team

Leader will coordinate documentation, schedule training sessions, monitor performance metrics, and provide regular feedback to team members. Day-to-day tasks include conducting quality checks on completed services, handling escalations, implementing quality improvement initiatives, and collaborating with operations and customer support teams. The role also involves analyzing service data, preparing reports,



and supporting process enhancements to maintain consistent, high-quality pet care at home.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Quality Control and Quality Assurance to maintain consistent service standards.
- Candidates should possess skills in Quality Auditing and Quality Management to design, implement, and monitor quality frameworks.
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret performance data and drive continuous improvement.
- Experience in team leadership, training, or operations management, preferably in services or grooming/pet care, is beneficial.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in operations, quality, or service management is preferred.
