Team Leadership & Management

Lead, guide, and motivate a team of Agri Doctors / Field Officers.

Allocate field activities, territories, and daily responsibilities to team members.

Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of assigned targets.

Conduct regular team meetings, reviews, and performance discussions.

Train team members on crop practices, products, farmer handling, and field activities.

Support team members in resolving technical and farmer-related issues.

Farmer & Field Activities

Build and maintain solid relationships with farmers, dealers, and local agricultural communities.

Plan and conduct regular field visits, farmer meetings, crop inspections, and demonstrations.

Understand farmers' crop-related challenges and provide appropriate solutions.

Guide the team in crop diagnosis and recommending suitable agricultural inputs.

Monitor crop conditions, pest and disease issues, and seasonal agricultural trends.

Ensure quality and timely farmer service.

Business Development

Drive sales and service growth within the assigned territory.

Develop new farmer contacts and strengthen existing farmer relationships.

Identify opportunities for increasing product adoption and customer engagement.

Coordinate with dealers, distributors,



and internal teams to improve business performance.

Track sales, collections, customer feedback, and market activities.

Ensure the team achieves monthly and seasonal business targets.

Reporting & Coordination

Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly field and performance reports.

Monitor team activities and maintain accurate field records.

Share market intelligence, competitor activities, farmer feedback, and product requirements with management.

Coordinate with management regarding targets, campaigns, farmer programs, and field strategies.
