Subway Team Member ResponsibilitiesGreet customers and provide friendly, professional service. Take customer orders accurately and prepare sandwiches, salads, and other menu items according to Subway standards. Prepare and maintain fresh ingredients, vegetables, sauces, bread, and other food items.

Operate the cash register and handle cash/card payments accurately. Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures at all times. Keep the food preparation area, dining area, equipment, and storage areas clean.

Check food quality, freshness, and expiry dates. Restock ingredients, packaging, and other supplies when required. Follow portion-control and waste-reduction procedures. Work as part of a team and support other employees during busy periods.

Handle customer questions and complaints politely and report reliable issues to the manager. Follow opening, closing, and daily operational procedures. Comply with company policies and instructions from supervisors.
