SailPoint IIQ/ISC SME - Key Responsibilities :

- Provide technical expertise for SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) and Identity Security Cloud (ISC).
- Design and implement IGA solutions, including JML, provisioning/deprovisioning, RBAC and access governance.
- Lead application onboarding and connector integrations such as AD, LDAP, JDBC, REST/Web Services and SCIM.
- Develop/configure workflows, rules, transforms, lifecycle events and custom integrations.
- Configure and troubleshoot access certifications, access requests, roles and policies.
- Analyze complex production issues and provide L3 technical support and RCA.
- Guide migration from IIQ to ISC and support cloud transformation initiatives.
- Review technical designs, code/configurations and ensure SailPoint best practices.
- Work closely with clients, architects, developers and business stakeholders.
- Mentor SailPoint developers and provide technical guidance to the delivery team.
- Participate in solution design, estimations, technical discussions and client presentations.
