:

We are looking for an experienced and technically strong MERN Stack Team Lead with 7 - 12 years of hands-on software development experience to lead our Web and Mobile development team.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js, along with hands-on experience in mobile application development using React Native. The candidate will be responsible for technical leadership, architecture, code quality, team mentoring, project delivery, and hands-on development.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor a team of Web and Mobile developers.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web and mobile applications.
- Provide strong technical leadership across MERN Stack and React Native projects.
- Participate in system architecture, technical design, and technology decisions.
- Develop robust and scalable backend services using Node.js and Express.js.
- Build responsive and high-performance web applications using React.js.
- Develop cross-platform mobile applications using React Native.
- Design and optimize databases using MongoDB.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure coding standards, security, and best practices.
- Identify and resolve complex technical issues and performance bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, UI/UX Designers, QA Engineers, DevOps, and other stakeholders.
- Break down requirements into technical tasks and provide accurate estimates.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining quality.
- Guide the team in debugging, testing, deployment, and production support.




- Implement and maintain RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.
- Ensure applications are scalable, secure, reliable, and maintainable.
- Mentor team members and conduct technical knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to existing solutions.

Technical Skills :

- Frontend : React.js, JavaScript/ES6 , HTML5, CSS3, Responsive Web Design, Redux/Context API, API integration.
- Backend : Node.js, Express.js, RESTful API development, Microservices architecture, JWT/OAuth, API security.
- Database : MongoDB, Aggregation pipelines, Indexing, Performance tuning.
- Mobile : React Native, Android & iOS development, Push notifications, Deep linking.
- DevOps/Cloud : Git, CI/CD pipelines, AWS/Azure/GCP, Docker.

Qualifications :

- 7 - 12 years of professional software development experience.
- Proven experience leading or mentoring development teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
