Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced o9 Integration Lead to drive the design, implementation, and governance of integration solutions between the o9 Digital Brain platform and enterprise applications such as SAP, ERP, WMS, MES, CRM, Data Lakes, and legacy systems.

The ideal candidate will possess robust expertise in o9 Integration Framework 3.0, data architecture, API integrations, ETL/ELT processes, and supply chain planning data models. The role requires close collaboration with functional, technical, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless, scalable, and reliable data movement across planning ecosystems.

- 5 years of Enterprise Integration, Data Engineering, or Supply Chain Planning experience.

- 2 years of hands-on experience with o9 Integration Framework and o9 implementations.

- Experience integrating o9 with SAP and other enterprise applications.

- Functional Planning Alignment: The role translates requirements from Demand Planning, Supply Planning, IBP, S&OP;, Inventory Planning, and Supply Chain Operations into integration solutions covering master data, transactional data, forecasts, and supply plans. It also supports validation, reconciliation, data quality, and alignment between source systems and o9 data models.

- Integration and Data Engineering: Responsibilities include designing batch, near real-time, and real-time architectures; implementing o9 Integration Framework 3.0 pipelines,



workflows, connectors, jobs, delta loads, monitoring, error handling, and recovery; and developing ETL/ELT processes for mapping, transformation, aggregation, enrichment, and high-volume data management.

- Enterprise Connectivity: The position involves integrating o9 with SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, SAP IBP, Oracle ERP, Microsoft Dynamics, Azure Data Lake, and AWS data platforms through REST, SOAP, OData, flat-file, SFTP, and event-based patterns. Middleware experience may include MuleSoft, SAP CPI, Dell Boomi, Informatica, and Azure Integration Services.

- Delivery, Governance, and Qualifications: The lead coordinates the integration workstream across implementation, testing, cutover, deployment, hyper care, monitoring, root-cause analysis, and SLA compliance, while maintaining standards, audit mechanisms, security and privacy controls, documentation, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Certifications: o9 Technical Foundation, o9 Integration Consultant Certification, SAP CPI/MuleSoft/Boomi/Informatica Certification, and Azure or AWS Data/Integration.
