Role & Responsibilities

- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot fiber broadband connections.

- Perform cable laying, wiring, fiber splicing, and jointing activities.

- Conduct basic fiber testing and troubleshooting, including OTDR testing where applicable.

- Handle electrical installation and basic electrical troubleshooting for assigned work.

- Visit assigned customer/field locations and complete tasks within the given timelines.

- Assist with new broadband installations, repairs, and maintenance activities.

- Ensure proper quality, safety, and technical standards are followed.

- Maintain required tools, equipment, and work records.

- Coordinate with field technicians and team members to complete assigned jobs.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Qualification: 10th / ITI / Diploma or relevant technical qualification.

- Freshers:



Eligible for Wireman and Electrician positions.

- Experience: 12 years of relevant experience preferred for Fiber Splicer.

- ITI Electrician candidates are preferred for the Electrician role.

- Basic knowledge of electrical work, wiring, fiber optic installation, or troubleshooting.

- Willingness to work in a field-based technical role.

- Valuable communication and problem-solving skills.

- Candidates with a two-wheeler/bike are preferred for applicable field positions.

- Physically fit and willing to travel to assigned field locations.

- Candidates should be responsible, punctual, safety-conscious, and target-oriented.
