Shift: Night Shift — 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM

Job Overview

Hirepeaks Consulting LLP is looking for Interview Support Executives who can assist candidates during technical interview processes. The ideal candidate should have relevant technical experience in one of the following domains and be comfortable working in a night-shift setting.

Required Specializations

Candidates with 3–4 years of relevant experience in any of the following areas are preferred:

- Data Analyst
- Full Stack Developer – Python
- Full Stack Developer – Java
- AI/ML Engineer – any relevant specialization or domain

Key Responsibilities

- Provide professional support to candidates during technical interview processes.
- Understand technical requirements and interview expectations for different roles.
- Assist candidates with interview coordination and preparation.
- Communicate effectively with candidates and internal teams.
- Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and punctuality throughout the interview process.




- Be available during the assigned night-shift hours.
- Follow company processes and interview-support guidelines.

Eligibility

- Experience: 3–4 years of relevant technical/domain experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent understanding of the relevant technical domain.
- Ability to work independently during night shifts.
- Comfortable working Monday to Friday.
- Candidates should be flexible depending on interview schedules and requirements.

Shift & Working Schedule Shift: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM (On-site)

Working Days: Monday – Friday

Weekly Off: Saturday & Sunday

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
