Job Summary: /n We are looking for a highly motivated Technical lead (Automation Engineer) to support and enhance our digital content production and publishing workflows. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical skills with excellent problem-solving abilities and effective communication to help automate processes, improve efficiency, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality digital content. /n /n Technical Skills /n /n

- Experience with scripting languages such as JavaScript, Python, Node JS, Extend script

- Proficiency in working with structured data formats such as JSON, and CSV.

- Solid understanding of HTML and CSS.

/n

- Experience with digital content creation, transformation, and publishing workflows.

/n

- Familiarity with content management systems and publishing pipelines.

/n /n /n Key Responsibilities: /n /n

- Design, develop, and maintain automation solutions for digital content production and publishing workflows.

/n

- Create and manage scripts to automate repetitive tasks and streamline operational processes.

/n

- Work with structured content and data formats to support content transformation and delivery.

/n

- Troubleshoot workflow issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.

/n

- Collaborate with editorial, production, and technology teams to ensure smooth project execution.

/n

- Monitor publishing workflows and proactively communicate risks, dependencies, and potential bottlenecks.

/n

- Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the content lifecycle.

/n

- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and recommend automation opportunities.
