ASBC is looking for a Technical Lead / Founding Tech Lead who can take ownership of the complete technology development of our mobile application and website.

You will be responsible for planning the technical architecture, selecting the right technologies, leading developers, managing development, and ensuring that the product is secure, scalable, reliable, and ready for launch.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the technical development of our mobile app and website from planning to launch.
- Design scalable system architecture, APIs, databases, and backend infrastructure.
- Select the appropriate technology stack for the product.
- Lead and guide frontend, backend, mobile, QA, and DevOps developers.
- Develop and review technical specifications and coding standards.
- Build and integrate REST APIs, real-time features, authentication, notifications, payments, and third-party services where required.
- Ensure application security, performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Manage Git/GitHub, deployment, CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, and production releases.
- Review code and maintain development quality.




- Troubleshoot technical issues and production problems.
- Work closely with Product, UI/UX, Operations, and Management teams.
- Plan development milestones and technical deliverables.
- Build the initial technology team and establish development processes.

Required Skills
- Solid experience in mobile app and website development.
- Strong knowledge of frontend and backend development.
- Experience with technologies such as React / Next.js, Node.js, Flutter / React Native, or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of databases, APIs, authentication, cloud services, and system architecture.
- Experience with AWS / Azure / Google Cloud or similar cloud platforms.
- Git/GitHub and CI/CD knowledge.
- Understanding of application security and scalability.
- Good problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Ability to lead and mentor a technical team.
- Strong communication and decision-making skills.
