Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead the development team in designing, developing, testing, and deploying mobile applications for Android and iOS platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements and develop technical roadmaps.
- Ensure high-quality code reviews and mentor junior developers to improve coding standards.
- Troubleshoot complex issues related to application performance, security, and functionality.
Job Requirements :
- 7-14 years of experience in leading mobile app development projects using Java or Kotlin programming languages.
- Solid expertise in React Native for building hybrid apps on both Android and iOS platforms.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
