Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced React + .NET Technical Lead to join our engineering team and drive the development of scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should possess strong hands-on expertise in React.js and Microsoft .NET technologies, along with technical leadership experience in designing, developing, and delivering high-quality software solutions.

Experience:

- 9 - 13 years of overall IT experience
- Minimum 4+ years of hands-on React.js experience
- Solid experience in C#, .NET Core, and ASP.NET Core

Tech Stack:

- Frontend: React.js, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), React Hooks, Redux/State Management
- Backend: C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, Web API/REST API
- Database: SQL Server
- Secondary: Azure Cloud, Microservices Architecture, Docker, Kubernetes, Azure DevOps/CI-CD, RabbitMQ/Kafka, Entity Framework Core, Git

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using React.js and .NET technologies.




- Lead frontend and backend development activities across multiple projects.
- Build reusable React components and implement modern UI architecture patterns.
- Design and develop RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud-native applications.
- Participate in system design, architecture discussions, and technical decision-making.
- Review code, ensure coding standards, and mentor development teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, architects, and QA teams.
- Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, estimation, and technical delivery.
- Troubleshoot production issues and drive root cause analysis.
