Role Overview :

We are looking for a hands-on GenAI Developer/Technical Lead with strong experience in AI/ML and Generative AI to design, develop, deploy, and optimize enterprise GenAI solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop Generative AI and LLM-based applications for real-world business use cases.
- Develop and optimize prompt engineering strategies to improve model accuracy, relevance, consistency, and overall output quality.
- Build end-to-end LLM pipelines and workflows, including data ingestion, preprocessing, retrieval, model integration, evaluation, and deployment.
- Work with API-based and open-source LLMs and evaluate appropriate models and architectures for different use cases.
- Develop solutions using frameworks and tools such as LangChain, Semantic Kernel, and function/tool calling.
- Design scalable AI workflows incorporating RAG, embeddings, vector search, and LLM orchestration where applicable.
- Integrate GenAI capabilities with enterprise applications, APIs, and data sources.
- Develop, test, validate, and optimize AI solutions for production environments.
- Implement testing and evaluation strategies for GenAI applications, including model validation, response quality, reliability, and performance.
- Collaborate with DevOps and engineering teams on deployment, CI/CD, monitoring, and productionization of AI solutions.
- Review code, models, prompts, pipelines, and technical designs to ensure quality, scalability, maintainability, and adherence to engineering best practices.
- Identify opportunities to optimize AI development workflows and improve development efficiency.
- Ensure solutions follow Responsible AI, data privacy, security, fairness, and ethical AI principles.




- Collaborate with Data Scientists, ML Engineers, Architects, Product teams, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Provide technical leadership, mentor junior developers, and guide the team on GenAI development practices.
- Maintain explicit documentation of technical designs, AI workflows, prompts, pipelines, and deployment processes.

Required Skills :

- 5 to 10 years of overall IT/AI/ML experience, including 2 - 3+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML and Generative AI.
- Strong hands-on experience developing Generative AI / LLM-based applications.
- Strong understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, and LLM application architecture.
- Experience with LangChain, Semantic Kernel, function calling/tool calling, or equivalent LLM orchestration frameworks.
- Experience designing solutions using both API-based and open-source LLMs.
- Strong Python programming and software development skills.
- Experience building data/LLM pipelines involving preprocessing, retrieval, model integration, evaluation, and deployment.
- Good understanding of NLP and Transformer architectures, attention mechanisms, and embeddings.
- Experience with AI/ML libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, SciPy, TensorFlow, Keras, or equivalent.
- Experience deploying AI/ML solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD, testing, model validation, and production deployment.
- Strong understanding of Responsible AI, data privacy, security, bias, fairness, and ethical AI practices.
- Experience providing technical guidance, mentoring, code reviews, and solution reviews.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
