Roles and Responsibilities

- Provide technical leadership to the maintenance team, ensuring effective plant operations and equipment performance.

- Conduct regular site visits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues related to electrical engineering, maintenance engineering, and plant maintenance.

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and industry best practices.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 2-7 years of experience in a similar role or relevant field (electrical engineering, maintenance engineering).

- Strong understanding of electrical systems, including generators, motors, transformers, etc.

- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel) for data analysis and reporting purposes.

- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and external stakeholders.
