Ayka Medical is a leading manufacturer of medical packaging and sterilization monitoring products. Our manufacturing unit in Rai, Sonipat specializes in label printing, screen printing, lamination, slitting, and pouching for domestic and export medical markets.

We are looking for a hands-on Technical Production Lead with strong experience in flexographic printing, inks/coatings and packaging manufacturing to take ownership of our technical manufacturing processes and product quality.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and improve manufacturing processes involving flexographic printing, inks/coatings, colour management, adhesives, lamination and converting .
- Understand and troubleshoot chemical indicator colour-change performance under defined sterilization parameters.
- Establish and monitor critical production parameters to ensure consistent, repeatable batch quality .
- Evaluate and qualify raw materials, substrates, inks, adhesives and other critical materials .
- Develop and oversee QC testing, product specifications and acceptance criteria .
- Investigate manufacturing/product failures and conduct root-cause analysis and corrective actions .
- Work closely with production teams and suppliers to improve process capability and product performance .




- Support technical manufacturing and QC of PCDs, Bowie-Dick, Helix and other sterilization monitoring products .

What We Are Looking For
- 4–10 years of hands-on technical/manufacturing experience .
- Strong experience in flexographic printing is highly preferred.
- Good understanding of inks, colour management, substrates, coatings, adhesives, lamination and converting .
- Experience in QC testing, process control, troubleshooting and raw-material qualification .
- Chemistry / Chemical Engineering / Printing Technology background preferred.
- Experience with sterilization indicators, medical devices standards ISO 11140 or ISO 13485 will be an advantage, but is not mandatory.
