About The Role We are seeking an exceptional Technical Program Manager to join our energetic team remotely from India. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the successful execution of complex technical initiatives across engineering, product, and business teams.

Your primary focus will be to ensure that strategic programs are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a solid technical background, excellent project management skills, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams effectively. As a key driver of our platform's growth, you will facilitate seamless collaboration, manage dependencies, and ensure high-quality releases that meet our ambitious goals.

Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 4 to 7 years of experience in technical program or project management.



You should have a robust understanding of software development processes and system architecture, with proven experience managing complex cross-functional programs. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and execution skills are essential.

Experience working in fast-paced product organizations with rapid release cycles (weekly or faster) is highly desirable. Candidates with a background in billing, payments, subscriptions, invoicing, or financial transaction systems will have a distinct advantage. Additionally, prior experience at a payments or fintech company, or ownership of billing/payment initiatives, is considered a strong plus.

Responsibilities You will be responsible for owning end-to-end delivery of strategic technical programs, including building detailed program plans, defining milestones, and tracking progress. Managing dependencies, identifying risks, resolving blockers, and coordinating across multiple teams will be integral to your role.

You will drive alignment across Engineering, Product, Design, and Business stakeholders to ensure cohesive execution. Leading release planning processes, ensuring timely and high-quality deliveries,



and tracking program health through relevant metrics are key components of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance engineering efficiency and delivery predictability.
