Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead - Backend with strong expertise in Python, Rapid API, and Microsoft Azure to lead the design and development of scalable, cloud-native applications. The ideal candidate will drive technical excellence, mentor engineering teams, define backend architecture, and deliver high-performance enterprise solutions using modern development practices.

Key Responsibilities

Lead backend architecture, design, and development using Python and Fast API. Design and develop scalable, secure, and highly available RESTful APIs and microservices. Architect and implement cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure. Drive technical design discussions, code reviews, and architecture governance. Mentor and guide development teams on best practices and coding standards. Collaborate with Solution Architects, Product Owners, Dev Ops, and business stakeholders. Implement CI/CD pipelines and automation for build, deployment, and monitoring. Ensure application security, performance, scalability, and reliability. Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide technical leadership. Define and enforce software engineering best practices and design patterns.

10+ years of software development experience.



Strong expertise in Python and Fast API.

Experience building REST APIs and Microservices Architecture. Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services. Strong knowledge of Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure Storage, Azure SQL, Azure Key Vault.

Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized deployments. Expertise in CI/CD using Azure Dev Ops/Git Hub Actions. Strong understanding of API security, OAuth2, JWT, and authentication mechanisms.

Experience with Postgre SQL, SQL Server, Mongo DB, or similar databases. Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills. Good to Have

Event-driven architecture and messaging services. Azure Service Bus, Event Grid, or Kafka. Exposure to Gen AI, Azure Open AI, or AI-powered integrations. Terraform or Infrastructure as Code (Ia C). Knowledge of monitoring tools such as Azure Monitor and Application Insights. Technical Skills
