About PayRup

PayRup is a Bengaluru-based fintech company operating in India since 2017. We are building digital financial services across payments, lending, and B2B fintech solutions.

We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead with strong expertise in Golang and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to lead our technology team and build scalable, secure, and high-performance fintech platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead backend development using Golang.
- Design and manage scalable microservices and REST APIs.
- Architect and manage cloud infrastructure on GCP.
- Manage databases, security, monitoring, and performance optimization.
- Lead and mentor backend developers.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and reliable deployment processes.
- Ensure data security, system availability, and code quality.




- Collaborate with product, business, and operations teams.
- Troubleshoot production issues and improve system performance.

Required Skills

- Strong hands-on experience in Golang.
- Expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Experience with microservices and REST APIs.
- Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar databases.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and Git.
- Understanding of cloud security, scalability, and high availability.
- Robust leadership and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in fintech, payments, lending, or banking platforms.
- Knowledge of payment gateways, AEPS, Micro ATM, DMT, bill payments, or lending APIs.
- Experience managing technical teams and cloud infrastructure.

Salary Package Annual CTC: Rs. 15.6 Lakh – Rs. 20.4 Lakh (15.6–20.4 LPA)
