nResponsibilities

- Project Management: Lead the end-to-end management of software projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budgets.

- Stakeholder Collaboration: Serve as the primary liaison among engineering, trading, and operations teams to facilitate seamless communication and project execution.
n
- Risk and Issue Management: Identify potential risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies, and implement solutions to ensure project continuity and success.
n
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, progress reports, and post-implementation analyses.

nQualifications

n

- Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
n
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years in technical project management, with at least 2 years in the financial sector, preferably within high-frequency trading environments.
n
- Technical Proficiency:



Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, infrastructure deployment, and networking concepts.
n
- Analytical Skills: Demonstrated ability to analyze complex technical challenges and devise effective solutions.
n
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with a proven track record of interfacing effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
n
- Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is mandatory

nPreferred Skills:

- Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
n
- Hands-on programming knowledge in C++ to better understand and collaborate on technical aspects of HFT systems.
n
- Familiarity with financial markets, trading systems, and exchange protocols.
n
- Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and MS Project.
