We're looking for an experienced Project Manager who can lead from the front—bridging the gap between business and technology while ensuring smooth project execution.

nKey Responsibilities:

- End-to-End Delivery — Own project delivery from planning and estimation through execution, release, and continuous improvement.
n
- Technical Solutioning — Provide technical guidance on system design, architecture, web, mobile, and scalable cloud solutions across Azure, AWS, or GCP.
n
- Agile/Scrum Leadership — Lead Agile ceremonies, sprint execution, backlog management, and delivery planning to ensure predictable outcomes.
n
- Requirements Management — Translate client/business needs into clear requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and actionable deliverables.
n
- Team Leadership &

• Mentorship — Lead and mentor cross-functional teams including PMs, BAs, engineers, QA, architects,



and UX/UI professionals.

- Client &

• Stakeholder Management — Build strong relationships with overseas clients and senior stakeholders, providing clear updates and managing expectations.

n
- Architecture &

• Technical Oversight — Guide architectural decisions, engineering practices, integrations, performance, security, and overall solution quality.

n
- AI-First Delivery — Leverage AI tools, automation, and accelerators across the SDLC to improve productivity, quality, speed, and predictability.
n
- Quality &

• Release Management — Oversee testing, defect resolution, release planning, deployment readiness, and application performance.

n
- Delivery Governance — Drive estimation, planning, risk management, change control, resource utilization, billability, and delivery metrics.
n
- Scope &

• Escalation Management — Handle scope changes, delivery challenges, commercial discussions, and escalations with sound judgment and composure.

n
- UX &

• Continuous Improvement — Collaborate with UX/design teams and continuously improve processes, engineering practices, and customer outcomes.

nMust Have:

- Strong experience in technical project/delivery management and solution leadership.
n
- Hands-on knowledge of system design, architecture, cloud, web, mobile, and modern engineering practices.

- Proven experience leading Agile/Scrum teams and complex end-to-end projects.
n
- Excellent client communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and escalation-handling skills.
n
- Strong understanding of estimation, governance, risk, scope, quality, and delivery metrics.
n
- Ability to lead and mentor cross-functional technical and non-technical teams.
n
- Strong AI-first mindset with practical experience applying AI and automation across the SDLC.

nRequired Skills & Qualifications:

- 7+ years of technical experience working with Data Engineering/Node/Java/Dot Net/Python/AI technologies and understanding their core concepts.
n
- Proven leadership in managing and mentoring teams to successfully deliver projects.
n
- Expertise in Agile/SCRUM methodologies for medium-to-large scale applications.
n
- Strong interpersonal skills – mentoring, coaching, collaborating, and building high-performing teams.
n
- Problem-solving mindset – ability to zoom into details while keeping the big picture in focus.
n
- Solid grasp of design patterns and software architecture best practices.
n
- Hands-on experience managing projects from concept to production deployment.
