Role Description The Technical Recruiter role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bhubaneswar.

The Technical

Recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical and IT roles, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating technical assessments. The role involves partnering with hiring managers to understand role requirements, defining job specifications, and maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified talent. Daily tasks include using job portals and social media to attract candidates, maintaining recruitment databases, scheduling interviews,



and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

The Technical

Recruiter will also contribute to improving recruitment strategies, tracking hiring metrics, and supporting employer branding initiatives.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring to manage end-to-end talent acquisition.
- Candidates should possess demonstrated expertise in Technical Recruiting and general Recruiting for IT and related roles.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for interacting with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with applicant tracking systems, job boards, and professional networking platforms.
- Candidates should possess strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and follow-through.
- Candidates should ideally have prior experience recruiting for IT, telecom, or technology-driven roles.
- Candidates should preferably hold a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, IT, or a related field, or have equivalent experience.
