Rotational Night Shifts

What We're Looking For Excellent verbal & written communication skills Hands-on experience handling

US customer calls Basic technical knowledge of routers, modems, IP addresses & troubleshooting Ability to handle multiple calls and technical issues efficiently Flexibility to work in rotational night shifts
