Note: Selected candidates will begin as interns with stipend ? What We’re Looking For ✔ Good communication skills in English ✔ Confidence in communicating with clients over phone, email, and messaging ✔ Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills ✔ Basic knowledge of computers and web applications ✔ Basic knowledge of SQL / MySQL is an advantage ✔ Familiarity with HTML, JavaScript, APIs,



or software applications is a plus ✔ Ability to understand client issues and explain solutions clearly ✔ Willingness to learn new technologies and industrial applications ✔ Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a technical team ?️ What You’ll Do ? Communicate with clients to understand their software and technical issues ? Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting ? Guide clients in using our software applications ? Coordinate with developers to identify and resolve technical issues ? Follow up with clients until issues are successfully resolved ? Assist during software implementation and deployment ?
