We are looking for a Technical Manager to lead our development team and take ownership of product execution and roadmap.

Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor, and manage the engineering team.
- Plan and oversee development, releases, and technical delivery.
- Collect customer feedback and identify product improvements.
- Own and prioritize the product roadmap based on customer and business needs.
- Convert requirements into clear technical tasks and timelines.
- Ensure code quality, performance, and reliability.
- Collaborate with Product, UI/UX, Marketing, and Customer Support.
- Identify technical and product bottlenecks and drive solutions.

Requirements




- 4+ years of software development experience with leadership experience.
- Strong experience with React, JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, APIs, and databases.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to combine hands-on engineering, team leadership, and product thinking.
- Preferable experience in SaaS, Three Js or machine learning

We’re looking for someone who wants to build a global technology product from India not just manage a team.

Pay: ₹572,647.62 - ₹1,054,004.18 per year
