Telecaller – Sales

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Telecaller – Sales to connect with potential customers, explain our products/services, generate leads, and convert prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Introduce and explain products/services to potential customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
- Generate leads and identify new sales opportunities through telecalling.
- Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into sales.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer questions and provide accurate product/service information.
- Maintain customer details, call records, leads, and follow-up status.
- Coordinate with the sales team for appointments, demonstrations, and order processing.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Handle customer objections professionally and work toward successful conversion.
- Provide regular reports on calls, leads, follow-ups,



and sales performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 10th pass or Graduate in any discipline.
- 0.6 months – 3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, inside sales, or customer service.
- Freshers with good communication and sales skills can also apply.
- Positive verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to achieve sales targets.
- Ability to handle customer objections and rejection professionally.
- Good follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of English and local/regional languages is an advantage.

- Number of calls made.
- Qualified leads generated.
- Follow-up effectiveness.
- Lead-to-sale conversion rate.
- Monthly sales achieved.
- Customer satisfaction and retention.

Pay: Up to ₹150,000.00 per year
