Telecaller – Healthcare

Job Summary:

We are looking for a confident and patient-friendly Telecaller to support our services and upcoming healthcare projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to patients/leads for online doctors registrations and service enquiries.
- Follow up with patient leads and convert enquiries into registrations/appointments.
- Coordinate with patients regarding appointments, consultations, and treatment requirements.
- Coordinate with physiotherapists and doctors for patient scheduling and updates.
- Maintain daily call records, lead status, follow-ups, and basic reporting.
- Handle patient queries professionally and provide accurate information.
- Support registration and calling activities for upcoming healthcare projects.

Requirements:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable speaking with patients over the phone.
- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and reporting.
- Prior experience in healthcare, physiotherapy, clinic, hospital, or telecalling will be preferred.
- Positive attitude, patience, and valuable follow-up skills.
