About the Role

We are looking for a kannada-speaking Telecaller who can speak with customers over the phone, understand their requirements, explain travel itineraries clearly, and help them with trip-related queries.

The person should be comfortable communicating in kannada and should be able to explain itinerary details in a straightforward and friendly manner.

Key Responsibilities

- Call customers and understand their travel requirements.
- Explain travel itineraries, destinations, inclusions, exclusions, hotel details, activities and other trip information over the phone.
- Communicate with customers in kannada and explain information clearly in their local language.
- Answer customer questions related to the itinerary and travel plans.
- Follow up with interested customers and assist them through the booking process.
- Coordinate with the internal travel/sales team for customer requirements and changes.
- Maintain basic records of customer calls, follow-ups and enquiries.




- Handle customers professionally and provide accurate information.

Requirements
- Fluent in Kannada with good verbal communication skills.
- Basic Hindi or English communication will be an advantage.
- Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Good listening and explanation skills.
- Customer-friendly and confident personality.
- Freshers can apply; experience in telecalling, travel, tourism or customer service is preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
