Role: Telecaller / Sales Executive

About the Role

We are looking for confident and energetic Telecallers / Sales Executives to join our team in Kochi.

The role involves communicating with customers over the phone, understanding their requirements, explaining our products/services, and converting leads into sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Explain products/services clearly and confidently.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Follow up with interested customers and generate sales.
- Maintain good relationships with customers.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Update customer and sales information regularly.

Requirements
- Good communication skills and a confident personality.
- Must be able to speak Malayalam fluently.
- Basic English communication is required.




- Sales or telecalling experience is an advantage, but freshers can also apply.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to convince and communicate effectively with customers.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
