Job Summary

We are looking for a Telecaller to join our Chit Fund company and handle customer calls, generate enquiries, explain chit fund schemes, follow up with prospective customers, and support the sales team in achieving business targets.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a confident personality, and a customer-focused approach. Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Explain available chit fund schemes, plans, benefits, and basic terms to customers.
- Generate leads and identify potential customers through calls and follow-ups.
- Follow up regularly with interested customers and convert enquiries into appointments/visits.
- Maintain proper records of calls, enquiries, follow-ups, and customer responses.
- Coordinate with the Sales/Branch team for customer meetings and enquiries.
- Respond professionally to customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Maintain good relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Ensure timely follow-up on all assigned leads.




- Escalate customer complaints or complex queries to the concerned team.
- Follow company policies, approved communication standards, and applicable chit-fund compliance requirements.

Candidate Requirements
- 12th pass / Graduate in any discipline.
- 0–3 years of experience in telecalling, sales, customer service, or a similar role.
- Freshers can apply.
- Good Kannada communication is preferred; knowledge of English/Hindi is an advantage.
- Valuable telephone etiquette and convincing ability.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to use MS Office/CRM applications.
- Positive attitude and willingness to work with targets.
- Good interpersonal and follow-up skills.
