Pyramid Real Estate is looking for a professional, confident, and result-oriented Telecalling & Sales Counsellor to join our team.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and telecalling skills, along with the ability to understand client requirements, explain our projects and services effectively, counsel potential buyers, and convert qualified leads.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming and outgoing calls with prospective clients.
- Understand client requirements, budget, preferences, and investment objectives.
- Clearly explain our projects, products, services, pricing, and key benefits.
- Counsel and guide clients according to their requirements.
- Follow up consistently with interested and qualified leads.
- Build professional relationships and maintain regular communication with prospects.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and lead status.
- Work towards achieving monthly lead conversion and booking targets.

We’re Looking For




- Excellent verbal communication and telecalling skills.
- Professional, confident, and persuasive personality.
- Strong counselling and convincing abilities.
- Ability to understand customer psychology and identify genuine prospects.
- Positive negotiation and objection-handling skills.
- Previous experience in telecalling, counselling, sales, real estate, or customer handling will be an advantage.
- Freshers with excellent communication and a strong willingness to learn may also apply.
