About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic, confident, and target-oriented Telecaller to join our team.

The candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective customers, generating and following up on leads, understanding customer requirements, and supporting the sales team in converting potential leads into business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Generate leads and conduct regular follow-ups.
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information about the company's products and services.
- Qualify potential leads and schedule meetings or appointments for the Sales Team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
- Coordinate with the Sales Team to ensure effective lead conversion.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.




- Handle customer queries professionally and build strong customer relationships.
- Update lead information and calling activities in CRM or Excel.
- Prepare and share regular reports on calling performance and lead status.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 0–3 years of experience in Telesales, Inside Sales, or a similar role.
- Fluent communication skills in Hindi and English are mandatory.
- Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, and convincing skills.
- Confident and comfortable communicating with customers over the phone.
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM software will be preferred.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced workplace
