Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and confident Tele Caller Executive to handle incoming and outgoing calls, connect with prospective customers, understand their requirements, provide basic information about our products and services, and generate qualified leads for the sales team.

The candidate should have strong communication skills, positive follow-up discipline, and the ability to maintain accurate customer and lead records.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and business leads.
- Attend incoming sales and customer enquiry calls.
- Contact leads received through digital marketing, online portals, social media, references, and other sources.
- Understand the customer's requirement and collect relevant information.
- Explain basic information about the company's products and services.
- Identify interested and qualified prospects.
- Transfer qualified leads to the appropriate Sales/Business Development Executive.
- Regularly follow up with interested prospects.
- Reconnect with old, inactive, and unresponsive leads.
- Send basic information, catalogues, company profiles, or other approved material through WhatsApp or email.
- Schedule callbacks and ensure follow-ups are completed on time.
- Record every call, customer response, and follow-up accurately in the CRM.
- Maintain proper lead status such as New, Contacted, Interested, Follow-Up, Qualified, Not Interested, and Closed.




- Coordinate with the sales team regarding qualified and priority leads.
- Maintain professional and polite communication with every customer.
- Submit daily reports for calls made, connected calls, interested leads, follow-ups, and qualified leads.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Performance will primarily be measured on:
- Calls made per day
- Connected/meaningful calls
- Speed of response to new enquiries
- Interested leads generated
- Qualified leads generated
- Follow-ups completed on time
- Lead information accuracy
- CRM updates and discipline
- Lead handover quality
- Attendance and punctuality

Skills Required
- Good verbal communication skills.
- Good command of Hindi and English.
- Confident and professional telephone etiquette.
- Basic computer and internet knowledge.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email, and WhatsApp.
- Ability to learn CRM/task-management software.
- Good listening and questioning skills.
- Strong follow-up discipline.
- Ability to handle multiple leads simultaneously.
- Positive and target-oriented
