We are seeking an enthusiastic and persuasive Telecaller to join our team. The Telecaller will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, engaging with potential students and parents, providing information about our services, and helping convert inquiries into admissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents to inform them about our courses and services.
- Handle incoming calls and respond to inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Explain the features and benefits of our academic programs clearly and convincingly.
- Maintain a record of calls, follow-ups, and interested leads using a CRM or Excel sheet.
- Schedule appointments or demos for walk-ins and academic counselors.
- Follow up with leads consistently to ensure conversions.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets related to calls and enrollments.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
