Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Tele Caller role based in Faridabad.

The Tele

Caller will handle outbound and inbound calls to prospective and existing customers, present product information about aluminium formwork solutions, and respond to basic queries about features, pricing, and benefits. The role includes maintaining call records, updating customer details in company systems, and following up on leads to support the sales team in converting inquiries into business opportunities.

Caller will coordinate with sales and marketing colleagues to schedule meetings, share brochures or digital materials,



and provide timely feedback on customer needs and market responses. Consistent adherence to calling targets, professional communication standards, and company policies is expected.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong verbal communication skills, clear telephone etiquette, and the ability to explain technical information in straightforward terms. Must know South Indian languages like Kannada /Tamil etc.
- Candidates should possess basic computer skills, including working with spreadsheets, CRM or lead management tools, and email communication.
- Candidates should possess customer service and relationship-building skills, including active listening, empathy, and polite handling of objections or complaints.
- Candidates should possess sales support skills, such as lead follow-up, basic negotiation, and coordination with field sales teams.
- Candidates should possess time management and organizational skills to manage call lists, daily targets, and documentation efficiently.
- Prior experience as a tele caller, telesales executive, or customer support representative in construction, real estate, or related industries is an advantage.
- Comfort with speaking in English and Hindi, or additional regional languages, is beneficial.
- A minimum of a high school diploma; a graduate degree in any field is preferred but not mandatory.
