Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective candidates
- Explain the opportunity to become a TATA AIA Life Insurance Advisor
- Generate interest and assess candidate suitability
- Schedule appointments and meetings with interested candidates
- Maintain accurate follow-up records and lead databases
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and appointment targets

? Candidate Profile

✔ Excellent communication skills

✔ Confident, professional, and persuasive personality

✔ Comfortable making outbound calls

✔ Basic proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets

✔ Prior sales or recruitment experience will be an advantage

✔ Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply
