Job Overview

We are looking for a smart, confident and motivated Equity & Demat Relationship Executive who has a basic understanding of the Stock Market, Equity Trading, Demat Account and Investment Products.

The candidate will be responsible for speaking with existing and potential clients, understanding their requirements, explaining trading and demat-related services, generating leads and maintaining regular follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

- Make regular calls to existing and potential clients.
- Explain Demat Account, Trading Account and Equity Market related services to clients.
- Generate new leads through telecalling and follow-up.
- Handle client queries and provide basic information related to the stock market.
- Follow up with interested clients for account opening and onboarding.
- Maintain good relationships with existing clients.
- Inform clients about relevant products, services and market-related updates as per company guidelines.
- Maintain daily calling and follow-up records.
- Achieve assigned calling, lead generation and client onboarding targets.
- Coordinate with the senior team for client requirements and queries.

Candidate Requirements




- Basic knowledge of Equity Market, Stock Market, Demat & Trading Accounts is preferred.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Confident and professional approach while speaking with clients.
- Comfortable with regular telecalling and follow-ups.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good Hindi communication; basic English will be an advantage.
- Freshers with good communication skills and interest in the stock market can also apply.

Preferred Experience 0–3 years of experience in Stock Market, Broking, Demat, Banking, Financial Services, Telecalling or Sales.
