We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller / Sales Executive to handle customer leads, speak with potential customers over the phone, understand their requirements, and convert leads into confirmed orders.

Key Responsibilities

Call and follow up with leads generated through Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, website and other channels.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.

Explain product details, pricing, sizes, colors, offers and delivery information.

Convert interested leads into confirmed orders. Follow up regularly with customers who have not yet placed an order. Maintain proper records of calls, leads, follow-ups and orders.

Handle customer questions and objections professionally.

Build a valuable relationship with customers to encourage repeat purchases.

Coordinate with the order/dispatch team to ensure smooth order processing.

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales and conversion targets.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
