Telemarketing ExecutiveJob Summary

We are looking for a confident and target-oriented Telemarketing Executive to promote our products/services, generate leads, and convert prospective customers through effective telephone communication.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

- Explain products, services, offers, and promotions clearly.

- Generate and qualify leads through telemarketing activities.

- Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into sales.

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.

- Handle customer objections and provide appropriate responses.

- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.

- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.

- Coordinate with the sales team for qualified leads and appointments.





- Maintain a professional relationship with customers.

- Prepare regular calling and sales reports.

Requirements

- Previous experience in Telemarketing, Telesales, Telecalling, or Customer Service is preferred.

- Freshers with good communication and convincing skills may also apply.

- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.

- Target-oriented, energetic, and self-motivated.

- Valuable follow-up and customer-handling skills.

- Basic computer knowledge is preferred.

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
