Job Summary :

We are looking for enthusiastic and communicative individuals to join our team as Telecallers for a 10-day temporary assignment. The selected candidates will be responsible for making phone calls, communicating with clients, sharing relevant information, and maintaining basic call records.

Job Type: Temporary / Short-Term

Duration: 10 Days

Work Mode: Flexible Working

Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply

Key Responsibilities :

- Make outbound calls to clients.
- Explain services, or event details clearly.
- Follow up with leads and collect the required information.
- Maintain daily call records and update the assigned Excel sheet.
- Handle basic clients queries professionally.
- Achieve the assigned daily calling targets.
- Submit daily work updates to the reporting manager.

Requirements :

- Positive communication skills in Tamil and/or English.




- Basic knowledge of mobile phones, WhatsApp, and Excel.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to make calls and maintain accurate records.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.

- Duration: 10 Days
- Working Hours: Flexible, based on mutual agreement
