About the Role We are looking for an energetic and confident Telecaller / Customer Calling Executive who enjoys talking to people and is willing to learn, grow and build a better career. Your primary responsibility will be making calls to customers and potential clients, understanding their requirements, sharing information about our products/services, and generating leads or enquiries. We are not looking for degrees or fancy qualifications.

We are looking for someone with the hunger to succeed, confidence to communicate and a burning desire to learn and grow in life.

Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.

Introduce our company, products and services clearly and confidently.

Understand customer requirements and identify potential business opportunities.

Follow up with customers and leads regularly.

Maintain proper records of calls, enquiries and follow-ups.

Explain basic product/service information to customers.

Coordinate with the sales team for qualified leads and customer requirements.

Build a positive relationship with customers through professional communication.

Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead-generation targets.

Continuously improve communication, product knowledge and sales skills.

What We Are Looking For Basic English communication is required.

Knowledge of Kannada is an added advantage; Hindi will also be an advantage.

Good command over communication and the confidence to speak with customers.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.





Comfortable making a large number of calls every day.

Ability to listen, understand and respond to customers properly.

Basic computer/mobile knowledge.

No degree is required.

Freshers are welcome if they have the right attitude. Most Important – Your Attitude We believe attitude matters more than a certificate.
