About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and communication-focused Tele-callers to join our team. The selected candidates will be responsible for connecting with farmers/customers, understanding their requirements, providing relevant information, and maintaining accurate call records.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to farmers/customers as per the assigned database.
- Communicate with customers in the required regional language.
- Understand customer requirements, queries, and concerns.
- Provide basic information about agricultural products/services.
- Generate and qualify leads through telecalling.
- Record call details, customer responses, and dispositions in the CRM.
- Follow up with interested leads and ensure timely communication.
- Coordinate with the sales/field team for relevant leads and queries.

Required Skills




- Good verbal communication and listening skills.
- Fluency in any one of the required regional languages.
- Basic Hindi/English communication will be an added advantage.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and handling customer queries.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with CRM systems.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.

Preferred Qualification & Experience
- Graduate / 12th pass with relevant experience.
- Prior experience in agriculture/agri-inputs/agritech will be a strong plus.
- Experience in telecalling, customer support, lead generation, or sales will be preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills can also be considered.
