About Ilsheguri

Ilsheguri is a fresh-fish B2C home-delivery brand focused on bringing quality freshwater,

brackish-water and marine fish directly to customers through an organized ordering and delivery system.

Job Responsibilities

Call existing and potential customers and introduce Ilsheguri.

Generate orders through telephone and WhatsApp.

Follow up with leads generated from digital and offline marketing campaigns.

Inform customers about daily fish availability, offers, weekend boxes and special promotions.

Maintain customer database and calling records.

Take customer requirements and coordinate orders with the sales/operations team.

Follow up with customers after delivery and collect feedback.

Encourage repeat purchases and build long-term customer relationships.

Inform customers about new products, offers and subscription/repeat-order plans.

Achieve daily and monthly calling, lead-generation and sales targets.





Update CRM/Google Sheet accurately after every significant customer interaction.

Candidate Profile.

Candidate Profile

Good Bengali and Hindi communication; basic English preferred.

Pleasant telephone manner and convincing communication skills.

Basic computer/Google Sheets/WhatsApp knowledge.

Sales-oriented and target-driven.

Fresher candidates with good communication skills can apply.

Experience in telecalling, e-commerce, FMCG, food delivery or sales will be an advantage.
