Telecaller – Job Opening Job Title: Telecaller / Telecalling Executive Job Type: Full-time Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply : We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining our products/services, answering queries, and generating leads through telephone calls. Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

Explain products/services clearly and professionally. Generate and follow up on leads. Handle customer queries and provide accurate information. Maintain records of calls, leads, and customer interactions.

Follow up with interested customers and help convert leads into sales. Achieve daily and monthly calling/lead-generation targets.



Maintain a positive and skilled attitude while communicating with customers.

RequirementsGood communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of Hindi and English. Confident and polite telephone manner. Ability to handle customer questions and objections. Basic computer knowledge.

Freshers are welcome to apply. Sales or telecalling experience will be an advantage.
