Telecaller / Sales Executive

Location: Thrissur, Kerala

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month + Attractive Incentives

We are looking for motivated and confident Telecallers / Sales Executives to join our team in Thrissur.

The candidate should have valuable communication and convincing skills, be comfortable speaking with customers over the phone, and have a strong interest in sales.

Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Explain our products/services to customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable information.
- Follow up with potential customers and leads.
- Convert leads into successful sales.
- Maintain good customer relationships.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate customer and call records.

Requirements
- Fluent Malayalam communication is mandatory.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and positive attitude.
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to work with sales targets.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.




- Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is an advantage.

Relocation Candidates from outside Thrissur who are willing to relocate to Thrissur are encouraged to apply.
