We are hiring Telecaller / Pre-Sales Executive

Location: Thirumangalam, Chennai

Salary: 20,000 to 25,000 + Incentives

Experience: 1 to 4 Years

The candidate will be responsible for contacting customers, handling real estate leads, explaining property details, following up with interested customers, and scheduling site visits for the sales team.

Candidates with experience in Real Estate Sales, Telecalling, Pre-Sales, Inside Sales, Customer Follow-up, or Lead Management are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

- Make inbound and outbound calls to customers regarding real estate projects.
- Contact and follow up with leads received through Meta Ads, Google Ads, WhatsApp and property portals.
- Understand customer requirements and explain suitable property/project details.
- Provide basic information about project location, pricing, amenities and offers.
- Qualify interested customers and identify genuine leads.
- Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
- Maintain regular follow-up with prospective customers.
- Update lead status, customer details and follow-up information in CRM / Excel / Google Sheets.
- Maintain daily calling and follow-up reports.




- Achieve monthly calling, follow-up and site-visit targets.

Requirements

- 1 to 4 years of experience in Real Estate / Telecalling / Pre-Sales / Inside Sales / Customer Handling.
- Real Estate / Property Sales experience is highly preferred.
- Positive communication and convincing skills.
- Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Good follow-up and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets / CRM.
- Ability to work towards sales and site-visit targets.
- Tamil communication is required. English communication will be an added advantage.
