Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month + Performance Incentives

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Saturday & Sunday: Off

What You'll Do

- Make minimum 50 connecting calls every day
- Contact exporters, importers, manufacturers & traders
- Generate qualified B2B logistics leads
- Understand customer shipping requirements
- Schedule appointments for the sales team
- Follow up with prospects
- Maintain daily call and lead records
- Help convert opportunities into shipments

What We’re Looking For
- Excellent communication skills
- Confident and professional telephone manner
- Good English & Hindi communication
- Good listening and questioning skills
- Target-oriented and energetic
- Basic computer/Excel knowledge
- Freshers can apply if they have solid communication skills
- Logistics/freight-forwarding experience is an advantage
