Job Summary

Catalyst Education is looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers / Sales Executives to join our team in Thrissur.

The candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective students, explaining our educational products and programs, following up with leads, and converting enquiries into admissions.

Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective students.
- Explain our courses, programs, and services to students.
- Understand student requirements and provide appropriate information.
- Follow up with interested students and leads.
- Convert enquiries into admissions.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and customer records.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales/admission targets.
- Build good relationships with students and parents.

Requirements
- Fluent Malayalam communication is required.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Confident and positive attitude.
- Interest in sales and customer interaction.
- Ability to work with targets.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.




- Previous experience in telecalling, sales, customer service, or education is an advantage.

Salary & Benefits Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month
