The company also operates its online store, serving customers through online orders and delivery services.

Job Responsibilities Handle customer calls for the online store.

Take, confirm, and follow up on customer orders.

Assist customers with product-related queries, orders, availability, and delivery updates.

Coordinate with store, warehouse & delivery teams.

Maintain daily call/order reports.

Provide good customer service and achieve assigned targets.

Requirements Minimum Graduate.

Valuable communication skills in Hindi & basic English.

Basic computer & MS Excel knowledge.

Freshers can apply; tele calling/customer support experience preferred.

Benefits Fixed Salary: ₹15100 +ESIC
