Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to interact professionally with customers and potential clients.

The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer queries, generating leads, following up with prospects, and supporting the sales and business development team.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Explain company services, products, and offers clearly to potential customers.
- Generate and qualify leads through telephone calls.
- Follow up with leads and prospects regularly.
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Maintain records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
- Identify customer requirements and communicate them to the relevant team.
- Schedule appointments or meetings with interested prospects.
- Achieve daily, weekly,



and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Business Development teams for lead conversion.
- Provide regular updates and reports on calling and follow-up activities.

Eligibility
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, sales, or business development is an advantage.
- Candidates with strong communication and convincing skills are preferred.
