Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

- Calling prospective students, understanding their study-abroad goals, and connecting them with the right counsellor for UK, Ireland, Europe and New Zealand admissions
- Following up with leads via phone, WhatsApp and email to schedule counselling sessions and keep them engaged
- Maintaining and updating lead and student data in Excel and the CRM with accuracy and timeliness
- Coordinating with the counselling team on daily lead allocation, follow-ups and status updates
- Supporting day-to-day operations at The Mentors Circle, including document collection and application tracking
- Assisting the marketing team with lead campaigns, online events and student outreach
